We first fell in love with Jason on a visit to Denmark in January 2017, and he subsequently passed his preliminary grading with superb marks, and was awarded Best in Show. He was expertly presented by his breeder Laura Norgaard Anderson, who also won best handler on the day. He spent the following two years here at THS covering our own mares, producing superb quality foals from a variety of mares 12.2-15.2hh.

In January 2020 he travelled back over to Denmark to be prepared for stallion grading at the beginning of April. Covid-19 postponed the grading and extended his stay, but he is now fully graded and has passed his performance test, obtaining a huge 878.57 points out of a possible 1000, after being beautifully prepared and presented by Pernille. He also enjoyed some time at Stud in Denmark, and had semen frozen while he was there.

He has a superb temperament (10s throughout his performance test), as well expressive paces. He has produced four excellent foal crops so far - see the Foals Page for pictures and details of previous Trinityhouse foals, and the album at the bottom of this page for full progeny from a variety of mares. His foals are very typey, and consistently have great conformation and excellent movement, as well as inheriting a range of spotted coat patterns.
Jason is consistently siring high scoring foals, graded both in the UK and abroad, with the KNN and the BEF Futurity. His latest foal was ranked 13th nationwide in the BEF Eventing category, up against older youngstock up to 4yo - no mean feat! All those that have been presented to the KNN for evaluation have obtained premiums with overall scores of 8s and 9s. Jason has covered mares from 12.2-15.2hh with no problems, so is suitable for a wide range of mares live cover.

He is Licenced with the British Spotted Pony Society on the International Register, through his Grand-Dam, Broomells Mannequin, giving him 25% BSpPS blood. He is one of the very few licenced spotted stallions in the 14-14.2hh height range.
We were extremely pleased and proud when Jason was awarded Permanently Graded status with the Sports Pony Studbook Society in January 2021. This gives mare owners another possible stud book in which his offspring can be registered in the UK.

Jason is at Public Stud to Limited approved mares in the UK for live cover in 2024 here at Trinityhouse Spotties. He is also available for the 2024 season via quality chilled semen with excellent fertility (collection and shipping fees apply).
