Stallions Used

As well as our resident stallion - Trinityhouse Seahawk - we have used specially selected outside stallions with the goal of producing offspring which are primarily bred to perform as children's ponies.  They need to have superb temperaments, and if we are blessed with spots, then they are the icing on the cake!

Bred by the legendary Mary Basset, Broomells Stud, Storm has many of the well respected old British Spotted Pony bloodlines.  Storm was purchased in April 2010 to be the resident stallion at Trinity House Farm, providing some different bloodlines to cross onto the THF mares.  He has only been lightly shown as a youngster, but has done well in good company.

Storm covered Georgie, Lilly and Passion in 2010 for eagerly awaited 2011 foals, all of which have safely arrived, see the Foals and For Sale page for further pictures.

Now gelded, broken and going well under saddle, Storm is also proving he has talent over jumps, being regularly placed in BSJA juniors classes in Scotland with his new owners:

He has the temperament of a saint, combined with super performance and the 'wow' factor of the spotted coat - every child's dream pony!

Asti has a fantastic pedigree and the most amazing temperament. This kind mannerly horse is talented, trainable and strikingly beautiful. He always gives his best, and never fails to capture the attention of spectators and judges alike.
Asti completed his performance life grading in Oct 08. His elevated paces and natural athleticism, along with his fantastic off the floor jump, gained him the highest performance marks of any Knabstrupper stallion in 2008.

Asti has been lightly competed in 2008.
He is presently competing with British Dressage and has been placed at every outing. He has qualified Winter Regionals with a test score of 72%, gaining 9`s for his canter.
2010 was his first year out jumping BSJA, and he is proving to be very talented in this discipline.

Asti has covered Tresaison Gracie (KNN 2327) for a 2011 foal, which will be doubly exciting as it will be the first Asti foal in the UK!!!!

Solomon was lightly competed in the 2010 show season, culminating in the Royal London Show in September, where along with his son, Britains Royal Ovation, he qualified for the evening Championship Performance.  His experience of the show scene saw him rise to the occasion, and he was crowned Reserve Spotted Champion (see news section).

Obi is a breathtaking young stallion, who's first crop are due to foal in 2010.  We were very fortunate in that Obi covered both Lilly and Passion before they left Britains Stud, and we were not disappointed by our new arrivals!!! Both foals, Trinityhouse Thunderstruck (Oscar) and Trinityhouse Princess (Layla) were early, and both are superb quality, with athletic movement and gorgeous temperaments.  See the foals page for more pictures and information.

Obi had a superb 2010 show season, culminating in the Royal London Show in September, where he qualified for the evening Championship Performance (see news section).
